Mark London became a helicopter pilot in 1987 and was the first pilot to base a private helicopter at the Naples Airport. Four years later, Mark founded London Aviation Group. The company held four FAA operating certificates to provide aerial photography, helicopter chargers, helicopter and fixed-wing training, and aircraft maintenance services in Collier County. In 2017, he sold this company to Dan Randolph, and together they have built Elite Jets.

Mark is rated as a Helicopter Instrument Instructor and holds a commercial multi-engine instrument airplane rating with 4,000 hours of total time. He has flown local and national celebrities and has also provided film support for National Geographic and BBC, as well as several feature films shot in Southwest Florida.

A native of Great Falls, Montana, Mark graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 1982. Prior to becoming a pilot, he worked in the banking, real estate and construction. As a licensed general contractor, Mark has built over 76,000 sq. ft. of airplane hangar and office space at the Naples Airport.

Stephen’s vast experience in technology and his natural interest in aviation led him to become a professionally rated multi-engine IFR pilot with ATP-certification in November of 2007. Now, with more than 15 years of experience as pilot, Stephen has become an expert in the industry with a strong understanding of the FAA and National Airspace Systems regulations.

Prior to starting his aviation career, Stephen was an experienced executive and entrepreneur in the technology industry. A Naples native and University of Florida alumnus, Stephen Myers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology in 1987. Then, in 2004, he earned his certification as a Computer Forensics Examiner with a specialty in data encryption and security from Kennesaw State University.

The resulting business career included the development of specialized, high-tech business products that streamline commercial business operations, leading to increased safety and reduced costs for companies around the world. As a trained enterprise IT architect, he founded and owned several successful high-tech companies with products and services that span everything from retail storefront and commercial drones to e-commerce, managed IT, computer forensics, intelligent building automation, and more.

In his role as General Counsel, Robert Hanaford oversees all outside legal services and provides counsel to the corporate officers and directors at Elite Jets on legal and regulatory matters ranging from contracts, employment, aviation, workers compensation, insurance and governmental relations.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement Administration and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School. Additionally, he attended Chicago Kent College of Law, where he studied tax law and became a licensed attorney in Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Robert’s extensive professional experience includes trial practice involving transportation and construction accidents, insurance coverage, contract disputes, fraudulent transactions, criminal defense, and police liability. He holds various professional appointments including appointment by the Governor of Illinois to the Illinois Workers Compensation Review Board, the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association Legal Advisory Panel, Legal Counsel to the Chicago Executive Pilots Association, and most recently, the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar for 2020-2021.

One of Robert’s greatest career highlights includes serving as Continuing Legal Education Coordinator for the Illinois State Bar Association, where for more than 20 years, he organized and spoke at trial practice seminars throughout the state with attorneys and judges.
