Lindon comes to Elite Jets from the nearby Naples Air Center, working as assistant chief flight instructor at the Naples Airport-based flight school. As a first officer, he assists the Phenom 300 captain in ensuring the flight is conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Lindon enjoys playing soccer in his free time, as well as bicycle rides and playing dominoes with his family.

Rodney Beeler holds an Airline Transport Pilot Rating for A/BE-400, A-EMB-505, A/HS-125 and A/MU-300, and has amassed over 8,000 hours. Rodney served in the military from 1988-96 as a helicopter mechanic and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Gregory Brandes is a licensed and certified ATP captain, with single engine commercial ratings, as well as several instrument and instructor ratings and certifications. Gregory has served in various roles over the years, primarily focusing on aircraft development with reputable manufactures to build the T34C, C500, Lear55, multiple Boeing aircraft, shuttle carriers and the AirForce One. His total flight hours exceed 11,000 hours with more than half being in turbine powered, multi-engine aircraft.

Jose is a native of Peru who credits his father, also a pilot, as his inspiration for a career in the cockpit.  He previously was captain for a Boeing 767 and is also certified to pilot other types of jets, including the Boeing 777 and Embraer 505. The career pilot cites Elite Jets’ professional aviation culture and family environment as key factors in his decision to join the team.

Eric brings over 47 years of piloting experience to Elite Jets, beginning with his first solo flight on his 16th birthday. In addition to his flying experience, Eric is a Certified Flight Instructor (Gold Seal). Teaching Civil Air Patrol cadets how to fly and conduct orientation flights has been one of the greatest highlights of his aviation career. When he’s not up in the air, Eric is an avid writer and has published two books. Eric knows it is never too late to chase your dreams and is proud to join Elite Jets as a professional pilot, achieving a life-long goal.

With more than 30 years of experience as a professional pilot, Joe Fragione is certified and accredited by the FAA and other well-respected and renowned aviation institutions in the world. He has also earned various accreditations throughout his professional career to include FAA Commercial Instrument Helicopter, FAA Flight Instructor Helicopter/Instrument Helicopter, and FAA Medical Class II, as well as attending various educational, safety, and pilot training programs with Northeast Helicopters, Inc., Robinson Helicopter Co., The Helicopter Institute, and Bell Helicopter Textron. Joe served in the United States Air Force from 1966-1970 as a Sergeant Munitions Crew Chief and Sergeant Instructor for the Wings Munitions Lead Team.

Matthew’s dream was to become a pilot and he is grateful to live out his dream each day. During his career, Matthew has worked as a flight instructor and as an airline transport pilot, in addition to previous experience piloting a Phenom 300 before joining the Elite Jets crew. Matthew enjoys meeting people all over the country while still being able to call Florida home, as well as working with an amazing and attentive team.

Oscar brings nearly four decades of flight experience in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico to Elite Jets, including the past 25 years transporting both passengers and cargo globally for Atlas Air. He calls working as a pilot his childhood dream and enjoys scuba diving and deep-sea fishing in his free time.

Kevin Johnson captains the Legacy 500, a 10-passenger luxury jet with a range of 3,100 miles. Johnson trained at Spartan College of Aeronautics and American Air, later working for a pair of commuter airlines, TWA Express and U.S. Air Express. He also piloted contract flights with the U.S. Department of Defense and trained military pilots before Desert Storm.

As a Phenom 300 First Officer at Elite Jets, Stephen Johnson is responsible for assisting the captain with aircraft operations during flights.

This professional pilot’s passion for exploration started at an early age while traveling around with the world with his father, who worked in engineering British Airways London on the Concorde, classic 747 and Vickers VC10s. Following in those footsteps, Stephen obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science and served as a computer systems programmer on U.K. Ministry of Defense Projects, including BATES and ADCIS before transitioning to flight.

Today, Stephen has logged over 7,000 hours total time. Stephen also brings more than two decades of experience to Elite Jets as a pilot and flight instructor, along with extensive FAA and CAA credentials.

Stephen’s vast experience in technology and his natural interest in aviation led him to become a professionally rated multi-engine IFR pilot with ATP-certification in November of 2007. Now, with more than 15 years of experience as pilot, Stephen has become an expert in the industry with a strong understanding of the FAA and National Airspace Systems regulations.

As First Officer, Carlos is a professional pilot responsible for assisting the captain in operating the aircraft during flight. Carlos has over 12 years of flying experience including working as a commercial pilot, as well as a Chief Flight Instructor.  In his free time, Carlos is a volunteer pilot with Civil Air Patrol who assist the U.S. Air Force in Search & Rescue Missions, Disaster Relief, and other humanitarian efforts. An avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping and fishing, Carlos holds an ATP FAA license and a bachelor’s degree in Aviation.

With an interest in aviation, Paul Scott became an FAA certified private pilot in 1999. He accomplished the FAA Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine Ratings between 2000 and 2003, and the FAA Flight Instructor rating in 2004 with Instrument Multi Engine Ratings CFI-II MEI. With 18 years of flying and flight instruction experience, he began as Captain with Elite Jets Charter June of 2017. In Paul’s role as Chief Pilot, he is responsible for assigning and supervising the duties of the flight and ground personnel, as well as overseeing the overall operations of the aviation department.

Matt Simpson learned to love aviation through his father, a naval aviator who served in WWII, and later became a non-commissioned officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard. Matt has been a private pilot with experience as an aviation safety officer for a Fortune 500 company and lead representative to the FAA’s safety team. He also is a former ISBAO-accredited auditor. Matt attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the University of Southern California.

Kent’s career began in 1992 when he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri. In 2014, he became an ATP-certified, Designated Pilot Examiner with the highest level of skill and expertise to test the brightest and best aviators in the country. Today, he holds various FAA, FCC, and flight simulator certifications, as well as multiple type ratings and airframe and power plant certifications. He has experience: Flight Instructor, Director of Maintenance, Director of Training/Standards Coordinator, and PIC/FAR 91 Operations.

Matthew Vos attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree. He is an FAA Airline Transport Pilot, FAA Certificated Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor, and Multi-Engine Instructor. Matthew has vast experience in FAR 135 charter flying as well as experience flyers over 8 business jet types, single pilot jets, and high performance multi-engine Beechcraft Barons.

Committed to professionalism and excellence in every way, Jaime Castanon has served in government and aviation for most of his career. As a third generation captain, Jaime is a licensed ATP pilot in both single and multi-engine aircraft. Prior to joining Elite Jets in 2019, he worked as a commercial pilot in Mexico, and prior to aviation, Jaime worked for some of the largest oil companies in Latin America.
