Raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Karen Gray’s experience in the aviation industry spans more than 25 years, driving strategic growth and product visibility for leading private charter organizations in the United States. Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and brings a vast skill set to Elite Jets, covering both the sales and marketing spectrum.

In Karen’s role, she is responsible for new client relations, client retention, and overall sales growth for the company. She actively engages with the sales team to create a client-centric approach, focusing on creating a positive customer experience while maximizing service offerings and client stewardship. This includes coordinating all aspects of aircraft charter services, from booking to in-flight catering, for a seamless and memorable experience for Elite Jets passengers.
